Meet Erin Leigh
Where are you right now?
If you feel like there’s got to be more to life than the same old, same old, you’re right. And it’s okay if you aren’t sure about your path going forward. Your bright and shiny future awaits. Let’s talk about how to get there.
writer. speaker. focal coach.
Do you ever wonder what’s going on in the minds of others? What secrets, hopes, and dreams are hiding there?
Speaker Erin Leigh believes those dreams so many of us hold deep inside deserve to be shared with the world. She envisions a future where every individual’s unique gifts are valued and honed as part of a greater, collaborative whole, and she encourages her clients to pursue their dreams by focusing on what they do best – and getting the support they need to accomplish the rest.
Erin’s first business is an RVA-based organizing company called theNeatNiche. By working with clients to release old, outdated stuff (and the habits that lead to accumulation), her organizers create space for their clients to embrace the vibrant and fulfilling lifestyle they crave. While her team focuses on residential services for downsizing Boomers, Gen-Xers who are moving homes, and both Gen-Xers and Millennials frustrated by life and stuff, Erin focuses on serving small businesses and their teams through efficiency and productivity consulting.
Erin’s second business moves beyond the realm of structure and systems and into the human mind. Through The Choice Life, Erin supports entrepreneurs who are passionate about their business ventures but who struggle with work-life balance. She coaches clients to increase self-awareness so they can recognize and change their “choice habits.” Erin believes our lives are shaped by our micro-decisions – those tiny choices we make throughout our days – and she guides her clients to choose differently as they embrace work-life fusion – not work-life balance.
When she’s not strategizing with clients, facilitating workshops, and speaking for groups across Virginia and beyond, you’re likely to find Erin reading Harry Potter, swinging on monkey bars, and spending time with her husband, Kev.
Erin shares tips on living organized in a library of over 60 videos.
Whether leading an intimate team retreat, taking the stage, or encouraging participants in her live and virtual workshops, Erin Leigh brings her expertise in the following areas to every engagement.

Prefer the written word over hearing a speaker? Erin’s got you covered.
In addition to speaking and coaching, Erin finds great fulfillment in putting her creativity and eye for precision to work as a writer and editor.
She writes and edits blog posts and marketing content for several RVA businesses, and she’s also working on a book series, due to release in late 2019, that digs into theNeatNiche concept of living organized and enjoying life.
“I just heard Erin speak at the Women’s Business Council of the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce. She had an excellent, most helpful presentation about decluttering and destressing your life. I hope to see and hear her speak again soon.”
efficient home office
“I now feel more positive about my work, and I’m definitely working more efficiently. I’ve shaved an hour off my work day – that’s nearly 300 hours a year!”
“THANK YOU so much for the helpful tips and new implementations. Yesterday I felt really overwhelmed, like I was drowning with paperwork and backlogged projects. This morning I woke up with a new attitude because I have a plan in place.”
Megan Grant, CEO
“With a very brief period of time, we developed a set of changes that simplified the expectations of my staff. We are seeing much higher results in less time. Your consulting has gotten me back to the old ‘just do it’ kinda guy that I was when younger. I feel re-energized – thank you.”
Tom Bandy, CEO
