Meet the Team – Our Professional Organizers

At theNeatNiche, we know life can be messy. But piles and overwhelm don’t have to be your norm.

You can have laughter, love, and a life focused on what matters to YOU.

You just have to let go of what’s holding you back. That’s exactly why we’re here.

Erin Leigh
Erin Leigh

Founder

Erin Leigh began her organizing journey at the ripe old age of five, meticulously organizing the stuffed animals on her bed each morning. She continued to keep a strict eye on her family’s spaces throughout her childhood, continuously rearranging and organizing the medicine cabinet, pantry, and living room furniture. But it wasn’t until years later, following her graduation from The College of William & Mary and a stint in corporate America, that she discovered her entrepreneurial talents.

Today, Erin stands as the proud founder of theNeatNiche, supporting and guiding her team as they transform clients’ spaces and lives. Her goal is theNeatNiche’s mission: to offer those frustrated and overwhelmed by stuff a way out of the chaos and into a more vibrant, fulfilling life.

Though an entrepreneur at heart, Erin values downtime tremendously. Outside of work, she spends her free time reading Harry Potter, practicing yoga, traveling the world, and running obstacle course races with her husband, Kev.

Kate Starke

Organizing Specialist

With a childhood full of organizing her room and creating spaces exclusively for her hobbies, our newest organizer Kate Starke comes to us with a background in social work. Jessica Siegel
Jessica Siegel

Organizing Specialist

Living by the phrase “a place for everything and everything in its place”, one of our newest organizers, Jessica Siegel, has been organizing her own spaces for as long as she can remember. With over 11 years of experience working in the meeting logistics field, where every detail must be in order, she is looking to bring that sense of organization to theNeatNiche clients. Jessica fully embraces the concept that a neat and clutter-free space can help promote a calming environment so that clients can live their lives to the fullest.

Outside of organizing, Jessica enjoys any activity that combines movement and the outdoors (running, biking, hiking, skiing), going to concerts, checking out new restaurants, reading and watching movies.
